I'm a filmmaker, producer and storyteller. I believe stories have the power to bring people closer together, challenge perspectives, and create space for empathy. Whether I'm directing, producing or developing a project, I'm interested in work that sparks conversation and leaves a lasting impression.
Film has always been a way for me to connect with people, encounter different perspectives, and better understand the world around me. I'm Palestinian, based in the Netherlands, and I've worked across independent cinema, festivals and creative institutions in Europe and the Middle East — coordinating international projects, funding applications and cross-cultural collaborations.
My short documentary The Miracle of Life won Best Documentary at Galway Film Fleadh and IFF Integrazione, and is touring internationally. A Tenderness, developed at the Doha Writing Lab and supported by the Dutch Filmfonds and Gemeente Rotterdam, premiered at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival. I'm currently developing my debut feature.
